First they tried to deliver late afternoon despite being advised it had to be before 3pm as nobody would be home after that time, and guaranteeing it would be earlier. Then they advised they would be there between 6:45 pm and 8:45pm but they were a no show! Third time lucky, with a delivery and install three days later than it should have been, but still before est date. Otherwise, excellent service.
