Item as described, packaging was ...adequate, although a bit of padding would have been good. Prompt delivery, zero communication. Didn't receive any transaction updates apart from the automated eBay purchase confirmation and a txt from Auspost on the day of delivery. Super fast postage, great communication, good price. I received the item I ordered -HOWEVER please note that while the product inside was new and unused the box did not come ‘unopened’ as it was opened to replace a US cable. There was no note to say this would happen or had happened. When I saw the cut seals I contacted the seller to discuss it, I was told ‘that’s how it is’. All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.
