I used a wipe to twist and wipe the area thinking I can clean it throughly. The next morning when I turned it on as normal it failed. Figured out the error code er05 means something wrong with the temperature sensor of milk. Then I searched online and found this! Copied YouTube and replaced it within 30mins. It works as normal again. Thank you so much! By the way the shipping is very fast from AU to US.
