After some initial confusion on the part of both seller and purchaser, I am happy to say I am now in possession of probably the best phone I've ever had! It has lots of memory and you can install a 512GB external storage on top of the 128 GB that comes on board. Something that is not mentioned in any promotion for this phone: memory can be expanded. 6GB's generous, but it can be expanded using unused onboard storage. It comes With A11, but there's an upgrade to 12 waiting for you once activated.

Well, I assumed open box meant that the item in question had all the necessary accoutrements as is described by stores like Best Buy. No. It was just the phone. No charger. No documents,. I have chargers and can get the manual online. No biggee. Yes, it was unlocked. Looked new. The seller shipped it quickly enough but mama nature's shenanigans got in the way. Can't help that. So I'm happy with it. It's just a phone. A necessary evil these days.

All chargers were as described…only one had a crimped cord but it is working so far. It just got packaged too tightly probably from factory… they arrived a little later than I was hoping, but we had a lot of bad weather across the US so totally understand I would buy from this seller again. I was kept notified every time there was an update of when it would arrive to. The communication was very good.
