Boots are great, delivery a shambles. Day given, no time slot. Apparently customer contract doesn't allow leaving package with neighbour or in a safe place??? I stay in.
Nothing arrives until 2 days later, also without time slot, by a rude courier. If I were to account for my time wasted, I could have gone out a pair of Dolce & Gabbana wellies.
As I wrote, wellies are perfect but your courier let you down big time.

The boots arrived in a damaged box, there was bits of straw type material on the boots. The smell of plastic hit me as soon as I opened the box. The boots were very cheaply made, poor quality and very small sizing wise.
I returned them but this was at my own expense.
As a positive the boots were delivered quickly and the return was very straight forward but for me was a complete waste of time and money.
Had I have known the poor quality of these boots I would never have ordered them.
