Two seasons, though not labeled incorrectly wouldn't play, said they weren't for my region. I contacted the seller who was MORE than NICE. Very understanding and apologized for them not playing. Refunded an agreed amount immediately. Even checked that there were others on ebay and roughly the same price. I cannot say enough GOOD things about this seller. G.H.
