      Good product but issue with microphone, people can’t hear me clear

      The headphones work fine but can’t tell the same for the microphone. I used to have same product but stopped working because of its age. I tried to order same product and got this one. Good packaging and came with everything was supposed to come, however besides listening to music I also used to wear this headphone while on a call and my previous product I had was very good people could hear me clear, however this one is opposite, people can’t hear me well, I also tried recording a voice note to listen to myself and evaluate the quality and realized somehow mic is not working at its best. That’s my only concern about this product, other than that is good.

      Disappointed

      But what else is new. This is just another item in a long line of dissatisfying electronic products that I have purchased. I thought I got a good deal on some headphones that are normally much more expensive, and I got them brand new, however they hiccup frequently and I can’t tell if it’s the phone or the headset but either way I don’t want to own headphones that are $150 that can’t play a single track without skipping or cutting out. Whatever.

      Beats Solo 3

      After using the unit a few times I found out that the headphones sound quality is awesome, they are not heavy . Now, the only negative thing is when I use them for more than one hour. In my case the pressure over my ears produces some kind of headache. Other than that I considered a good purchase. Thanks.

      The headphones are GREAT!

      Although the cell phone came without “peripherals” I am currently learning how to use the Samsung S23 Ultra cellphone. I’m actually excited about the role the cellphone will have in my small business. The Beats headphones I’m now using work perfectly when synced with my phone and iPad.
