    Ordered this figurine. Was late arriving and when it did it was cracked and seller had not put any postage on. I had to pay £7 postage. Contacted seller who tried to infer I was lying even though I sent her photos from post office. She now has marked that she has refunded me when she certainly has NOT. DO NOT buy from this buyer if you want peace of mind about what you buy.

    Item was very well packaged, but despite that, my cottage was damaged. I contacted the seller who replied immediately and offered a partial refund, which I thought was very fair. However, seeing as my purchase had been a bargain, I didn't accept the offer, and fortunately the damage was a clean break and I was able to repair it with a squeeze of super glue. I did complain to Royal Mail as my package was clearly marked FRAGILE and should be treated as fragile!! I will use the seller again.
