Overall happy with my order. Seller was responsive to me messaging them within hours. I do wish there was more clarification in the description regarding the condition - item was listed as “new-other” but did not detail what the “other” was. Ends up the item was open/damaged box vs factory seal but it SEEMS like all of the pieces are still there. Otherwise, I’m pleased with the purchase and honestly, can’t beat the price! I’d buy from this seller again.

WARNING: Seller is either incompetent or making fraudulent E-bay listings. I purchased this high-price item from seller 3 weeks ago. The first item received was significantly defective (hardware & software), not "new open box" as listing said. Seller told me to return item and they would ship a replacement. Replacement received was exact same item, same exact hardware screen defect and same OS locked to user defect. Intentional deception or not, I'm done with this seller and recommend you avoid.
