Item was as described….but he put my ratchet in a cardboard envelope and it was poking out the side, some kindly soul at FedEx reboxed it(miracle of the century, if you know FedEx) but in the end I got it- but that sure slowed it down. He communicated well, though. I dont understand the packing RI to AL in a carboard envelope?
