Seller never sent the item and not even contacted me to explain why the item didn’t get sent. Had to file a claim with eBay to try and get the seller to act on it. At least eBay’s money-back guarantee for buyers reimbursed the cost to me. For feedback, I would suggest at the bare minimum being in contact with the buyers to explain to them why their items don’t get shipped.
