E bay estimated that the stamps would reach me by 1 March. Apparently they were dispatched on 20 February, a day after my purchasing them. I gather that this date could now be as late as 17 March. I can wait but, if E bay insists on feedback NOW, I really cannot give a positive response. Does it really take a month for merchandise to reach me from the Czech Republic? If so, I feel sorry for the seller. It must make their life rather difficult. The first time I have had any issues with E bay.

The buyer confirmed that the stamps were received safely on 4 March 2024, which is less than 2 weeks after they were dispatched. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change his feedback now
