satisfied. was delivered decently fast. There was very little padding in the box to protect the dyson but there wasn't any visible damage to the outside of the case or to the device. however, the inside lining of the case is peeling off from the leather shell due to the lid and base not fitting together quite right. likely can be fixed with super glue but I don't recall that being mentioned on the listing. Still happy with purchase and would recommend.

I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!
