Seller failed to ship purchase and cancelled my order instead without apology. Seller gave several inconsistent explanations: claiming first that they were "unable to fulfill the purchase", then stating "it is not as listed, so refunded rather than send it" and when asked how it was not as listed (I may have still been interested), seller then claimed that the item was "not available to ship". Reason for cancellation stated item was damaged or out-of-stock. Very unsatisfactory.
