1. charger included is not by Acer but a puny third party 65w which gets warning by the laptop notification that it is not original, the original charger spec should be 100w.;
2. initial set up was terrible, had to search solutions on the web;
3. although it did arrive on the last day of promised date, it waited too many days to be shipped.

Perfect and as described, this monitor is a bargain at this price point, as new condition combined with a 2 year Allstate warranty. Come packaged efficiently even though in a generic package. No instructions come with the monitor, but, really, do we still need instructions to be printed?
