    It arrived later but it was not the shippers fault, but the USPS post offices fault they suck so hard LOL. The product was just like they stated and I placed the picture in a frame with a white border. I used a 17x23 frame with a white mat to fit the 13x19 in picture, and it looks nice. I included a picture framed as well for the shipper to use as a back drop for selling. Great shipper as well.
