    It took a long time to arrive, maybe because of the fires in Texas at the time. One part of the teapot was broken, is not available anywhere else, and when I advised the seller including a picture, I was referred to the USPS to make a claim, which can only be for the cost of the item and does not include the almost $21 shipping charge. The seller stated it was not broken when it was mailed. The item was wrapped well, but in a box that was too big so movement inevitable.
