The bag that I ordered is advertised in inches, but the bag sent was measured in centimeters. Online matters are sketchy, so I accepted the seller's less partial refund.
All of these bags are in centimeters not inches. Also the bag smells heavily of linseed oil. I'd say it's not a pleasant smell unlike leather
I've had a merchant take advantage of me before through PayPal. PayPal had no buyer protection. Ebay seems to take care of transactions well enough.
