I have been asked to tell you what I loved about this experience, I love my wife my cat my kids not necessarily in that order but did I love the experience buying a Mattock?No I didn’t love it.
However I do think this a a very well made robust tool, I have used it for a short time ( 15 minutes) digging out some very rough stony ground,it performs well,comes to hand nicely and seems to be able to cope with heavy manual work

Dispatch was within time stated, unfortunately though the axe had an issue with the head constantly coming loose on the plastic handle, however, the seller dealt with it promptly. Not sure if this axe had a manufacturing issue or thats how these are due to the plastic handle ? POSITIVE FEEDBACK for how the seller dealt with this, but having tried to use this axe with a plastic handle, I WOULDN'T recommend one, stick with a quality wooden handle is my advice.
