Arrived all scratched and chipped, all they did was offer me a £10 refund

We apologised the item arrived damaged due to courier mishandling. Unfortunately this does happen on rare occasions. We gave the customer two options. 1) We offered a partial refund for some anti corrosion hammerite paint. 2) We offered to arrange a collection for the item and refund in full upon its return. The customer chose option 1.
