These are small pack of 10, 28mm hose clamps I ordered and paid for (PayPal) at 0309 AM EST on 5 Aug and the Seller waited until 7 Aug 1043pm (8 Aug Eastern) to ship. Absolutely no communication from Seller and I still don't have the hose clamps! See evidentiary images/screen captures attached.
