    Sharp and durable but handle not comfortable to me

    Came sharp out of the box, handle is not comfortable to me, and the metal is stained easily. The knife hold the edge in regular use, but needs honing before use.

    I HAVE BIG HANDS, ITS HARD TO GET A KNIFE WITH A COMFORTABLE HANDLE.THIS ONE IS SUPERB.THE KNIFE SEEMS QUITE WELL BALANCED AND IS EASY TO USE.IT IS GOOD FILLETING SALMON WHICH HAS VERY SOFT FLESH THE SAME AS TROUT ALSO SLICES WITHOUT BREAKING IT UP.I LOVE IT.
