Arrived quickly. My first Dyson. I think it is an overhyped middling vacuum. Roller does not even try to work on my wool carpet - my primary use. Does fine on wood and tile floors. Suction is OK, but not more than my old Shark or Black & Decker. Overall I am not impressed. To the sellers credit I could not see the difference between this and a new model. Stellar refurbishment. If you are a Dyson groupie I cannot see buying new when these perfect refurbs are available. Still not my cup of tea.

I spent amount going back and forth with Dyson because they send me the wrong Dyson the first time. I paid for a blue Dyson Ball Animal 2 BLUE. They send me a yellow dyson which looked used and dirty. spent hours contacting them and they said they will send me a replacement and they promise will check it was the right one. Ordered Second dyson and again was a yellow one this time more used than the first.
Waste of time ordering from Seller. Hassle to repackage and ship back. SCAM SELLER BEWARE
