Fast shipping. Product did not have a loading arm which is required tonoperate properly. Seller offered a discount and then agreed to refund. The only thing I can say which would be negative is that seller should have stated that the piece was missing. I do not think this was intentional on seller”s part and would definitely purchase from them again.
