Excellent OEM motor. This is exact drop in relacement part for Dewalt drill. It is comutator type with brushes magnet on stator and shaft with a pinion included. It comes even with 2 heatshrink tubes to cover contacts after the instslation that requires soldering. Excellent. Many thanks. A+

Motor was used, still had the old wiring connected and soldered to the electrical connections. The motor works, but the information says it was an unused, brand new motor. Seems like a lot of sparking inside.

It fit.
Tough motor. Fit into my Dewalt drill perfectly, and works just like the original one. However, the original motor burnt up a little too easily IMO. This one probably could too, so I will be more considerate of that during heavy usage. Only 2 tools needed for motor replacement; T15 torx screwdriver, and soldering gun. Wasn't too hard.
