I was not expecting a leather Coach bag to be folded like an old blanket and shoved in an empty box. This is not an acceptable way to ship a leather bag, especially when charging full price for shipping. The item was described as in the picture, not scrunched up or folded like it came and created further aging and creasing in the purse. Took 5 days to ship, then came quickly.
