the item was described as an open box, but was dirty and more like used. taking into account the price it was a good deal, just not an accurate description.

Buyer received exactly what they paid for. Item was listed as an open box/RETAIL DISPLAY which is exactly what they received. Buyer's photo shows a little dust at best? Of course, if buyer had any real problem with the item, they could have opened a return which we would have accepted, but they never requested one since there was obviously nothing wrong with it and works perfect. If you're an EBAY seller, this is a buyer you want added to your block list as they are entirely unreasonable.
