Considering that they shipped from overseas, the items arrived rather quickly. The seller was very helpful in advising the compatibility with my dual Wi-Fi and Bluetooth m.2 card.
I used the antennas to hook up to a HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF computer attached to a Dell branded m.2 card, part number: 0K57GX REV A00 from Intel, Wireless-AC 7265 Model: 7265NGW.
Wi-Fi reports as 802.11ac and I get great connectivity on the wireless and Bluetooth side of things.
