I am very happy with the Dell computer system with Windows 11 Pro, Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM, 240GB SSD for fast response, 1 TB of Hard drive for more storage and a 24" Samsung Monitor for good viewing. Despite being a refurbished computer system, Dell components still have a lot of life. There is a year warranty in case something went wrong. Excellent purchase. Once again thank you.

Prior to replacing the battery all I had was a black screen. Now it at least shows the Dell logo briefly. In the mean time there has been ZERO response from my emails.Reply from: chipstore_us- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.- Feedback replied by seller chipstore_us.You sent us msg on April 28th 10.12 am. We replied at 10.13 AM asking for photos. We are still waiting for your reply for that msg.

Seller substituded a 10ZiG V1200 V1200-AIO236 All-in-One Zero Client PC w/cracked bezel instead of simple display. DVD drawer will not open, one leg on Keyboard missing, 1TB hardrive not working, case banged up/scratch up and Dell logo knocked loose.
