Hi, having ship over 30,000 of these boxes with success. We have no control over the handling or damage caused to the cardboard box by the various carriers when item travels from Scotland to the USA. Although as you confirmed, all that was damaged was the cardboard box. I’m sorry the box was damaged but also happy that you confirmed the item was delivered safe and intact. Enjoy the driver shaft.
