When I was using COD LIVER, I WAS ALSO TAKING VITAMIN A OF BETA CAROTENEL OF 25,000. A JOINT PAIN MADE ME FORGET THE SUPER DOSIS OV BETA CAROTENE, THE 50 MG OF ZINC AND ALSO OTHERS VITAMINS AN MINERALS TILL I UNDERSTAND THAT WAS THE CONSECUTIVE USE OF 50 MG OF ZINC IN THE LAST THREE (3) YEARS FOR MY PROSTATE HYPERPLASIA OR PROSTATITIS.
