Great item and service from Auditech! I will use them again.
But, the quality of service provided by Auspost is very poor. They failed to deliver the item and did not leave a collection card. Instead, they simply emailed me claiming they had attempted delivery despite my presence at home. This is unacceptable! I must make a trip to the post office to retrieve the package.
