    received circuit board DOA sent the board back after the return was received by seller i asked for my refund the seller stated they havent received the item i provided a tracking that the seller did indeed receive the item.. I had to threaten to file charges on them for theft by internet and I contacted ebay so i received an email from ebay my return will be issued asap.. companies like this who find excuses no to refund your purchase should be banned from selling on ebay.

    it took our returns team a few day to process all the returns we had received, and the customer was not satisfied with having to wait an extra day for this process.
