    About 2 months after installation the display developed a line about an inch wide that was displaying different color. Sent back for a replacement and was replaced without any issue.

    Unfortunately the screen lasted less than a month. It glitched overheated suddenly turned off and when we turned it back on there was a crack in the lower corner. Would have been better if it had been dropped, could have handled loosing $298 a lot easier that way. Its last screen replacement lasted 2 years before the cat pushed it off the desk. Other then that their communication was excellent and delivery was earlier then expected. Great value for money if it had worked as it should.

    The buyer sent us a picture. The screen was in a terrible state, full of various stains. There was obvious damage from a bump in the corner of the screen, and the LCD was damaged. Then she claimed that the screen cracked due to overheating. I was curious and checked on Google. It turns out that a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius is required for the screen to crack. I think she should ask her daughter why such a high temperature didn't melt it directly. What a miracle! An untruthful buyer.
