I purchased this for an event that was weeks after the latest arrival date. AFTER this date (And the event) I received an email asking if it had been delivered. Also asking us to wait as the "Post" was experiencing delays which is absolutely untrue given we had received many other deliveries withing the weeks. Also asking us to wait (AFTER WE NEEDED IT ) and if it didnt turn up they would expedite the issue. How about you do this BEFORE its due and needed. Have requested a refund. Disgraceful
