I purchased this item on March 15, 2024 at 10:17 pm. Within minutes I realized it was not what I wanted to purchase and wrote the seller to cancel the order. They shipped the item on the 19th. They had plenty of time to cancel the item but refused. There customer service is terrible and they should be ashamed that now I have to pay for this item and still purchase what I originally wanted. I asked them multiple times to refund but they did not. terrible customer service.

The club was brand new and never out of the bag, but we have to cut the bag to allow us to retrieve the PU headcover that originally came with the driver, but it makes such a mess, we have to pull it out. There may have been a few specs of black PU headcover on on the head but i can assure you no one ever hit that club. 3000 of them and we had to take the headcovers out of all of them. Thank you,
