This seller showed honesty and integrity by sending me a very similar watch to the one a bought due to the fact that the one i bought was not working at time for shipment. The replacement she sent was quite acceptable to me. I say she because a note was included with the watch signed Janet. I am very pleased with the replacement watch but more so by her actions to satisfy the buyer and avoid any problems including any need for a refund. I will remember this seller.
