Coin have several scratches, that were not pictured nor mentioned in the listing description, seller referred to the item as being MS 65 with no scratches / damages. Seller refused to except return for refund, stating he don't except returns because it hurts his business, that it is now my fault and my issue being I purchased the coin for me to deal with it. After seeing our messages and pictures of the scratches / damages Ebay stepped in and decided on my behalf.
