Works properly. I have two others that don't work properly. One has no volume and other has mechanical problems
Works correctly and allows me to tape my grand kids who are one year old and other grand kids. Better than repairing others or buying a new one. Sellers left a tape in machine of their mom and dad. Thanks again. Might buy another if price is right

I don't know if it will record or not.
I do have one like it the only problem with mine i get mad and i miss up the tape compartement that's the reason why i purchased this one ,and i do have tapes that have a good memories of my kids and grand kids on my wife side , and by the way i haven't used it to record any thing yet.?????????.

Big, bulky, featureless. Works good.
Ok, its not a TERRIBLE camera, but its sooo UGLY and is lacking some of the features that a sony or panasonic has. Where is the damn plug to hook up to my computer? If there is one I've yet to find out about it, oh well. Seriously its easy to use and not so heavy but man, its a LOT bigger than you would think it to be. And the buttons are CHEAP, but they work, and they're pretty durable as well. Tried it out, worked great, used it for transfering old 8mm tape to hard drive ,also still works and a camcorder well still, very easy to hold for an adult, and nice youth starter camcorder also

RCA and Sharp
Both camcorders are older models but still work very nicely. I am actually more a fan of analog(tape) than I am of digital so this works well. E-mailed both companies and I was able to obtain both manuals. Good product with a surprisingly large amount of features on both. Good quality at a cheap price. Very satisfied.
