Item never received in US after 3wks. On the day after final date of the delivery window I contacted the seller. The seller suggested it was lost and promptly refunded without question, perhaps a little too easily. Curiously the item is now listed for about $35 more than I paid (item price and shipping both raised), so I have to wonder if it was ever really shipped in the first place.
At least I got the refund.
