The item was in great condition. I love the huge dust bin with all the dog hair we have. The suction on rugs gets all the hair and does amazing. Run time is great as advertised. The weight is almost 8lbs so a noticeable difference from my others but still fine. I used the vent cleaner attachment and hardly any suction, so disappointed it does NOT have LED lights in front. 😕 Overall, I am very happy with my Dyson Outsize Plus and paid a great price compared to others in the Dyson product line.

I spent amount going back and forth with Dyson because they send me the wrong Dyson the first time. I paid for a blue Dyson Ball Animal 2 BLUE. They send me a yellow dyson which looked used and dirty. spent hours contacting them and they said they will send me a replacement and they promise will check it was the right one. Ordered Second dyson and again was a yellow one this time more used than the first.
Waste of time ordering from Seller. Hassle to repackage and ship back. SCAM SELLER BEWARE
