I approached the buyer as they did not contact me prior to leaving feedback. I hoped to resolve their issue.
It transpired that the buyer was nervous about tightening their new Callaway club fully in order to get to the correct tension and hear a 'clicking' noise.
After providing advice and guidance, the buyer acknowledged that the wrench was working correctly and they were happy.
