Item delivered in a timely manner (Ordered 3/29 received 4/12) Item came as described, but very dirty- which was expected. Seller maintained communication. Upon delivery, box had "fragile, this way up" stickers. Upon opening the box "properly", it looks like the machine was upside down. This resulted in a broken knock box. Looks like machine wasn't cleaned out of coffee and since the machine was upside down during shipping, grounds were everywhere. Overall, functionality of the machine was fine.
