I purchased this product at a very good price however it did not arrive. I contacted the seller (GK Hair) and they stated it must have been lost/damaged in transit. Fair enough but why refund my money and not send the product? I wonder if they had sales at better prices (for them). They say they are big on customer satisfaction but I wasn't asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Would not bother purchasing from them again.
