The item was packaged carefully (extra brownie points for reusing, reducing and recycling packaging materials!) and the item was exactly as described. This arrived with the box slightly crushed at the edges due to the nature of this packing. I understand this was an effort to get it as quick as possible to myself so nothing to be done about it so I didn’t bring it up with the seller. Item was as described and product itself was perfect condition, however when I left initial feedback being disappointed about the packaging, the seller wasn’t happy and said that they accepted a lower price as I ‘begged’ as I wanted it for a gift…

I can only apologise for the item being damaged slightly in transit, I package as best I can but given time constraints I purchased expensive plastic bubble bags to protect it but can’t control royal mail .. I am glad you were happy with the item itself and you had specifically requested in the offer messages that I accept as it was for a gift. I accepted lower than normal and went out of my way to post on a day I don’t normally go to the post office so as to get it to you as soon as possible
