    Outstanding product

    I am really hard of hearing and I have several pair of the Sennheiser rs 120 tv headphones. My wife and I can listen to different programs at the sametime and not bother each other. I just wish my hearing aids could monitor the audio from the TV without the earphones. The sound quality is outstanding.

    I have found a solution to the problem. You can cancel my request for return. The headset was not bluetooth paired to the transmitter. After searching for an hour on Google I finally found how to pair it to other headsets. I think the headset and transmitter became seperated and mismatched later before you shipped it. That being said I don't think you ever checked to confirm it worked.

    Sounds Great!

    The headphones work well, tried to use on a elderly person that is a bit hard of hearing and realized they work well for me but if you want to use them on the elderly get over the ear headphones to keep them in place.
