Easy to assemble. Runs very quietly. Doesn't take up too much space. Looks and feels like very good quality. Has quite a lot of resistance, even at the lowest settings. For me, the seat could be a bit softer, but I think it works for most people. I am in my 60's and have no problems using it. I would recommend this to everyone. Even after only having it a week or two, I feel fitter, and enjoy using it.Easy to assemble. Runs very quietly. Doesn't take up too much space. Looks and feels like very good quality. The unit works exactly how it should. It's a rowing machine not a weight lifting device. At level 6 it will give you an excellent workout! how evr this depends on your level of fitness. The build quality is good and it was very easy to assemble. Overall it's a great product.
