While the packaging did seem to be reasonable, the mug handle broke off in shipping. Reached out, and seller offered a refund. While this didn't happen right away and did require a couple reminders, they came through and even refunded shipping. Much appreciated. (I'm rating the condition as 5 stars, because it was as described, save the break in shipping. I'm rating shipping costs 5 stars because they refunded. I would have rated shipping cost 4 for a small package, otherwise.)
