The package (a box of relatively fragile miniatures) was sent in a poly mailer envelope. It arrived crushed with multiple broken pieces and the plastic film torn. I sent a note to the seller letting them know that, although not their fault, packages were not arriving in a good condition. They responded back that “This is how everyone does it and how we’ve done it for over 10 years” and nothing else. Don’t expect your issues to be resolved or any amount of customer service to be provided.
