    Jack Mitchell is a kind man with a big heart. You could sense his compassion towards others, and making a lot of money is icing on the cake. "Hug Your Customers" will open your heart and change the way you treat people. You don't have to be in sales to relate to this book. I have read it over and over, and I have changed my behavior towards others - behavior I didn't think I had to change. There is not one thing to dislike in the book. It's a great weekend read!
